1. Q:Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?

A:We are a manufacturer of candles and we have been in this industry for more than 17 years.

2. Q:what's the delivery time?

A:According to your quantity. Normally  20-25days after confirming the order.

3. Q:Can we get some samples before mass production?

A:Yes we support free samples for you, and we will not afford the freight.The sample fee will be returned when you place bulk order.

4. Q:Can you make the bottle by our design ?

A:Yes , we can develop the mold according to your design . OEM&ODM, and design as your request.

5. Q:Is it OK to print my logo on this product?

A:Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

6. Q:How can you guarantee the quality?

A:We have about 17  years experiences in this filed. We have powerful team, special design, skillful production, fastidious materials as well as exquisite workmanship. And we have 100% test before delivery.

7. Q:What is the MOQ?

A:Normally our MOQ will be 10000pcs. But for some bottles we have stock, so the MOQ can be 3000pcs. However, the less quantity, the more cost, because of the inland freight charges, local charges, and the sea freight charges or air freight charges.

8. Q:How to deal with the faulty?

A:Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.  Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new items with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

9. Q:What is your payment term?

A:We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow,LC(above 10K USD). Big order: 30% deposit, 70% balance by BL copy.(By air will be before shipping)

10.Q:What logistics can I choose?

A:Usually ship by DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS,Air cargo & Sea etc.Other delivery customers need is also okay.
