Last week, our company Wuxi Union successfully held a team building event in Shanghai, enhancing the cohesion and teamwork ability among employees. This team building activity mainly includes the following contents:

1.Outdoor expansion activities: The company has arranged a series of outdoor expansion activities for employees, such as kayaking and running. Through this competition,  we  enhance our courage and confidence while challenging themselves.

2. Theme sharing meeting: During the team building activity, the company requires each employee to prepare a theme sharing about their department, so that everyone can better understand the work content and responsibilities of different departments of the company, and strengthen communication and cooperation between teams.

3. Cooking skills display: Although many colleagues rarely cook at home, our young colleagues actively participated in this activity, cooperated with each other, brought new dishes with old ones, and innovated dishes. Although the taste was average, everyone enjoyed their own cooking and felt the joy of participating in something.

4. Bonfire Party: Finally, it ends in the form of a bonfire party, allowing everyone to reflect on their lives in a peaceful atmosphere,

Through this team building activity, the cohesion between employees has been greatly strengthened, while also promoting collaboration and cooperation among various departments within the company, laying a more solid foundation for the future development of the company.
