Advantages and disadvantages of different mops material
Recently we tested the functions of different mops, analysize and summarized their characters
1.Flat Microfiber mop: they are made from polyester and/or polyamide, both of which are synthetic materials, and these extremely fine diameter fibers tend to be highly absorbent, durable, washable and non-biodegradable.This combination makes microfiber an excellent mop material.It catches dirt and dust, and can even suck water from tiny cracks (like grout lines); it absorbs a lot of liquids and withstands hard scrubbing; and it’s machine washable, so it’s economical in the long run ( And it hardly ever goes bankrupt in the first place).Plus, it doesn’t rot and stink. Durable and reusable. 360 rotation,flexible cleaning. But after long use ,not easy to be cleaned.
2.Sponge mop：strong water absorbent ability, good for wet floor and easy to clean after be used. Fits in the bathroom and kitchen. It can not hold the hair and dust effectively. Because of its design, it can not reach into beneath of furniture,bed and other low place. Not durable,hard and easily broken when dry.
3.Non woven fabric mop: attract the fine dust and hair easily, disposable and need not be cleaned, can not clean big and solid stains.
4.Cotton yarn mop: cheap, widely used ,but easily shed and difficult to clean.
We will pay attention constantly to develop the microfiber material for upgrade our main mop products.
